Living in Chicago, we came into town once a year for 4 years working with Brent to see anywhere from 10-30 homes over a few days. Brent was well organized, patient, on-time, and never made us feel anything but in charge. The area we ended up buying was the first place Brent took us - it took us 3 more years to figure it out, but again, Brent was very patient through the entire process. We had no idea who to turn to in our search of a new home in Arizona. We had had online contact with several before our 1st trip out here in January 2019 to "get our feet wet" but that wasn't the way to line someone up in our opinion. We were leaving California after living in one home there for over 35 years, and we knew specially what we were looking for in our next home! We just had no idea of the area and city we wanted to live in. We also had no doubt our search would be extensive and time consuming; the realtor we choose would need patience, a sense of humor, and a long term commitment to hang in there with us! He or she would need a lot of knowledge of Central Valley, 55+ Communities, Builders, HOA's, and so much more. We wanted someone who had lived in the area for more than "just a few" years. When we met Brent we like him right away; he has an easy going personality, but strong presence and definite knowledge of the industry and area! We were able to communicate our wants and needs in a home; he started out with a broad search of areas and cities for us to look at online, as we were heading back to California for about 1month. This gave us an idea of what was out there and helped us to narrow things down a bit. Once we arrived in Arizona full-time Brent made us his #1 priority as we were living in a 5th wheel until we could find our future home! Often we would look at 5 or 6 homes a day. Brent would re-adjust the search perimeters within the Multiple Listing Service as often as we or he felt necessary; he also had "feelers" out with other agents knowing that the criteria in our home search was somewhat unique in 55+ Plus Communities. Brent is very quick to reply to phone calls or text messages, somehow manages to handle multiple clients with ease and keep us all happy & our needs met, he has the patience of a Saint. We got discouraged, we thought we'd NEVER find it! But Brent had faith, keep us focused and smiling when the going was tough. He pulled through for us and we got a beautiful house turn into OUR HOME! Brent is extremely intelligent, and pays attention to detail. That was also important to us in looking at homes, areas and in the business end of it all. Many thanks to Brent!

He's extremely prompt, knowledgeable, and knows every caveat, pitfall, and advantage of the home buying process. In addition, he was also very professional in our interactions if the process became frustrating. To put it bluntly, this is the guy you want on your side.

He did not present properties that were outside our search perimeters of price, style, location and amenities. As an out of state buyer, Brent was knowledgeable and walked us through the AZ legalities and processes as they differed from our home state. His recommendation of third party participants- title company, inspector, etc. were solid and reputable. His availability and call backs were always reasonable and prompt. Throughout the process, he was friendly, courteous and always remained professional.
